Peacock Return and Exchange Policy

At Peacock, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for a different size or style within 5 Days of purchase, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at peacockweareg@gmail.com or by calling or texting us on WhatsApp at +20111732399 with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • We will confirm availability and provide further instructions on returning the original item and receiving the replacement.
  • Peacock will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at peacockweareg@gmail.com or by calling or texting us on WhatsApp at +20111732399 with your order number and a description of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Note: We currently do not offer returns for non-defective items.
